Who is responsible

Oto Attang, who runs Solon & Co. from Madrid, is the controller of the details you send through this site. Contact: hello@solonandcompany.com.

What I collect and why

Your name, email and message, only to reply to you and to prepare any proposal you ask for. The legal bases are steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and my legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Who else sees it

Netlify, Inc. hosts this site and receives form submissions as my processor. This can involve transfer to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. I don't sell your details or share them with anyone else without your consent.

How long I keep it

Inquiries are kept for 12 months, or for the length of any engagement plus the periods the law requires.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, object to its use, or receive a copy, by emailing me. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es).
