In 2024, before the promotion, I owned 144 concurrent requisitions that delivered 4,500+ hires at an 86% fill rate, including a 500+ seat programme filled at zero attrition through delivery.
Along the way I built the sourcing funnel that brought 15,000+ experts onto the platform, identified LLM-aided cheating as a systemic failure mode, initiated the expert-gated verification standard that replaced the automated test and directed its build with my assessment team, wrote compensation policy across 70+ countries, and modelled a six-figure multi-channel talent-acquisition plan costed per approved expert.
